Located in the picturesque lively neighborhood of the Yaffo flea market (Shuk Hapishpishim), this restaurant has a large terrace, like nearly all the restaurants in the area. On our visit, a musician is playing, creating a joyous atmosphere. The service is attentive and efficient, the wine list is not especially interesting, but there is a good selection of beers and original, well prepared cocktails. The mezze are pleasant and well seasoned and the shawarma is served in a delicious crepe and with yogurt and herb aioli, adding a pleasant refreshing. Onza offers authentic, carefully prepared Middle Eastern cuisine, with a few original touches, and generous use of marinated herbs. We like the place for its warm atmosphere and the very particular Yaffo vibe.
