This unique philanthropic project that brings together a start-up consortium and the veteran Tel Aviv restauranteurs, the Yarzin brothers, is without a doubt the most intriguing initiative in the latest Tel Aviv food scene. The concept is to promote young and promising chefs and give them the opportunity to show the world what they’re capable of. The first chef running the show is Shuli Wimer, and every 6 months a new one will follow, hopefully not affecting the stability of this trendy location. It’s clear, there’s a lot of thinking behind the menu and food selection with a small number of plates focusing on British and northern Israel dishes, to reflect the chef's professional background. All this is accompanied by an all-Israeli wine selection which is rare to find in other restaurants. L28 provides a unique dining experience, with by far the best interior design around, and we are confident it will become a top location for all Tel Aviv foodies.
