This is a beautiful space with a view of the kitchen on one side and the sea on the other. The cuisine is authentic Italian featuring generous dishes and high quality products. Shrimp bruschetta, presented as a starter is very large and made with crisp bread, dipped in a delicious provencal sauce. The liver pappardelle are served al dente, which is a welcome surprise as Israelis tend to prefer their pasta more cooked. The mildness of the caramelized red onion and Silan sauce (date molasses) is tempered by red wine, and harmoniously goes with the dish. And don’t miss the desserts such as the very good pistachio crumble. The presentation is lovely, modern and graphic including multiple textures and a combination of distinctive flavors with everything that a good dessert should offer.
