Bar A Vin – Croquette veal cheek

Ouzeria – Beet ravioli stuffed with a goat cheese mousse

Aria – Seared Coquille Saint Jacques on a plancha with brown butter, on almond cream, Iranian raisins and a blue crab bisque.

Ya Pan – Fish tartar – puri, sweet ponzo, egg yolk, and chives

China Club – “Crispy Chicken” – Pullet on a plancha, crispy skin, over cubes of crispy sticky rice, coriander, ginger, and green onion with spicy soy sauce.

Alena – Charred eggplant tortellini with oregano butter and dried za’atar

Panda Pita – Eggplant filet “On a Cloud”

Burekas TLV – Shrimp burekas, goat cheese, chopped onions and chard

Kab Kem – A cut of filet sea-bass wrapped in iceberg lettuce and Fandan leaves, seasoned with fresh herbs, roasted coconut, caramelized onion and garlic, and cashews over a mildly spicy Tamarhindi sauce

Yom Tov Delicatessen – Pickled hibiscus flower stuffed with goat and lamb sour cream in olive oil and white wine or Turkish Caciocavallo cheese from the Thrace region.
